Screen for both green and red fluorescent proteins in your transgenic experiments with just one simple flashlight. The NightSea DFP-1 Dual Fluorescent Protein Flashlight includes two 3W high intensity light-emitting diodes, each fitted with a custom interference filter. Turn the switch one way and you have blue light to excite GFP, turn it the other way for intense green light to excite DsRed. The DFP-1 comes with two pairs of barrier filter glasses - one for use with each of the LEDs - that block all of the reflected light and transmit the fluorescence.
